When you plan a trip to a far away place, there are ususally policies that have to be observed - airline policies, rental car policies, even policies of the place you are visiting. These policies are in place to protect the airlines, rental car agencies, and others, but they are also there to protect you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • An initial 50% deposit is required to reserve your space with Alaska Ron's Kenai River King Salmon Guide Service. For cancellations occurring prior to January 1st the year of your trip we will refund 25% of your money.
  • Payment in full is due no later than April 1st the year of your trip.
  • Reservations remaining unpaid will be considered cancelled and no refund of money paid will be returned.
  • For reservations made after April 1st the year of the trip, 100% is due at the time of booking.
  • All cancellations occurring after January 1st the year of the trip are non-refundable and Alaska Ron's Kenai River Guide Service will retain entire amount paid. However if notification is received of a cancellation 85 days prior to arrival, 50% of the 100% paid may be transferred to a reservation for the following year.

TRIP CHANGE POLICY

Please finalize your trip as soon as possible, last minute changes not only affect your trips but other guests also. A $50 change fee will be assessed per person for all changes made after April 1st the year of your trip.

Alaska Ron's Kenai River King salmon guide service will not assume any responsibility nor shall it be liable for any loss, cost delays, accidents, injury or damage to person or property, or damage, loss or theft of baggage and personal effects during its services.
